What age group is this for?
Namaste Buddy is designed for children aged 5–15 who are heritage Hindi speakers or want to learn conversational Hindi. Scenarios are tagged by age range so your child always gets age-appropriate content.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — no lock-ins, no hassle. Cancel from your account settings and you'll retain premium access until the end of your billing period. All purchases include a 14-day full refund window.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Apple/Google Pay via Paddle. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
How does the free trial work?
Pick a plan, enter your card, and get 14 days of full premium access for $0. On day 14 we auto-charge the plan you selected — unless you cancel before then from your account settings, in which case you pay nothing. A card upfront just means you don't have to remember to re-enter details if you want to keep going.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. You can upgrade from monthly to annual at any time and we'll pro-rate the difference. Switching from annual to monthly takes effect at your next renewal date.
How much can my child use Namaste Buddy each week?
Buddy is designed around healthy weekly practice — about 35 minutes of focused conversation per child per week. Research on language learning consistently finds that short, regular sessions beat long marathons, and the cap aligns with Australian eSafety guidance on screen time for children. Kids can spread the time however suits them — five days a week, weekends only, or anything in between.
